Plan description

This plan is perfect for smaller companies who won’t receive as many phone calls but still need to know that their missed calls are going to be answered by a professional. We will provide you with a number to forward your missed calls or busy calls to. When the call is received at our call centre we will know it is for you and answer the call in your name. Once we have taken the message we will forward the message to you by email or SMS. You can forward all calls to us or just the ones that you can’t get to.

No further additional charges to receive your calls and you receive a free fax to email service. The Premium telephone answering service allows you to budget for your missed calls. We will not charge you a pence per minute to receive your calls and we will email or SMS your phone messages directly to you. You can forward all your calls to us or just the phone calls you can’t answer. We will provide you with a phone number to divert your calls to when you are busy or can’t get to the phone. When the calls get passed to our call answering facility we answer your calls in your company name. Plus we will give you a free fax to email service if you need one.
