We overflow our busy calls to Virtual Reception and all our calls have been answered quickly and professionally. The messages that are taken for us are always detailed and correct and our customers would not know that it is a different company answering our calls. Even out of hours we have a facility where messages are left and a recording of the call is emailed to us. We wouldn't live without it now.
Our People
You may think that telephone answering is easy? All we do is answer calls all day and pass the messages on. We don't think so, we see call answering as a skilled job which requires your full attention and energy. Imagine answering calls all day for other companies with a smile every time. It takes dedication, a bubbly personality and customer service qualities to get it right every time.
Our people (the people who answer your calls) are highly skilled Virtual PA's who have years of experience in call handling. They have either worked as a PA or in busy call centres in the past so that they are used to working with volumes of calls and getting the quality right every time. They all have fantastic personalities so that when we answer your calls you customers will remember you. We constantly monitor our calls and random calls are recorded and sent to management to review and feedback. The feedback on the calls allows our people to develop into a world class customer service individuals who you would be proud to call your own.
We are currently trailing home workers (see our virtual reception environmental news ) which allows the Virtual Receptionist to log in at home, take calls and pass the messages out to our customers.
