Before we take you on as a customer we need to understand your business. Our first stage of "getting to know you" is done over the phone. One of our account managers will speak to you to about your requirements and then take you to "stage two". Stage two in the process is a simple 2 page document that we ask you to complete. This document gives us the vital information to answer your calls correctly. We will ask you:- what your company does, who works there and what their details are so that we can get telephone messages to them, what you would like us to do with cold callers, what you would like us to tell your customers about why you aren't available and other questions which enable us to handle your calls successfully.


Once we have "got to know you" we establish the dedicated number for you to route your phone calls to. This process is immediate which means we can have your telephone answering service up and running on the same day.
