We overflow our busy calls to Virtual Reception and all our calls have been answered quickly and professionally. The messages that are taken for us are always detailed and correct and our customers would not know that it is a different company answering our calls. Even out of hours we have a facility where messages are left and a recording of the call is emailed to us. We wouldn't live without it now.

Do we have to use a new phone number to use your call answering service?
No – you can divert your existing phone numbers to our call centre (we will provide
you with a phone number to route your calls to so that we know that the call is
for your company). If you would like a new number for this service then we can provide
you with UK geographic numbers (01 or 02 numbers), 0800 Numbers, 0845 Numbers 0844
numbers, 0871 numbers, international free phone numbers or even virtual landline
numbers in over 4000 cities across the world. Please see our additional services

What is the minimum term that we can take your service for?
Our minimum term is 30 days which give you real flexibility. If you only want to
use the telephone answering service during a holiday season then this gives you
the flexibility you need.
How do we pay you for your call answering service?
You have 2 options when it comes to payment. You can either pay by credit card online
or we can collect the funds by Direct Debit. The direct Debit is backed by the Direct
Debit guarantee and is usually collected 14 days after we invoice you for the service.
Our monthly rental is payable in advance and if you are on a plan where we charge
you for the calls we receive we charge these in arrears.
How long does it take to set up your call answering service?
Our call answering service is usually set up on the same day that you place your
order. We do require information from you to set up your account such as how would
you like us to answer your calls, who works at your company so that we can take
specific messages, what you would like to tell your customers and where to send
the messages to. Once we have this information and your payment has cleared we can
establish your service.
What are your opening hours to take our calls?
Our telephone answering service is available from 8am to 6pm Monday to Friday. If
you would like a 24 hour service please call us for further information and pricing.
We do provide a free branded voicemail service for all our customers so that if
a call is received it is answered in your name, a message is recorded and this recording
is emailed to you as a .wav file. This allows you to listen to your out of hours
massages as soon as you log into your email.
How do we forward our phone calls to you?
This depends on how your phones are currently set up. We have the knowledge of how
to divert calls, configure phone systems and arrange for permanent diverts to be
set up on your lines. If you have any questions about how to do this please call
us on our free number for further advice.
I would like to take a Virtual London Number is this possible?
Yes – We can provide over 400 UK STD numbers making you look local. These numbers
can be directed to your existing office and then overflowing to us of we can answer
all your calls for you.
What is a Fax to Email service?
This is where we provide you with a new phone number (usually 0800, 0845, 0844 or
0871) and you advertise this as your fax line. When someone calls your new fax number
we receive the fax on our server, convert it to a PDF and forward this to you by
email. This is an automated process and we do not get to see what is in the fax
so it is very secure.
